Welcome to Mindful Movement Limited.

Movement where you can connect to your own breath, mind, and body.


I offer gentle hatha style movement, pranayama (breath regulation), meditation and deep relaxation in a safe, inclusive space which is suitable for all levels. I believe in offering an embodied experience, enabling one to allow for their own body, mind, and breath connection.

“The yoga session is run so well. Whaea Kay builds a great relationship with the students very quickly. The students love going to every Yoga session, and even tell her they have missed her since she was here last.
 

Each session is tailored for the students and is both achievable and challenging. She takes them on a journey in every session and builds upon the previous learning after each session.
 

Parents have mentioned that they are learning the moves at home as the students are teaching them and telling them all about it. A few families have said they make yoga a part of their evening routine before going to bed, led by the kids themselves.


The yoga that Kay leads ties in so very well to our inquiry for the term, and well as our school values and the key competencies. She does an absolutely amazing job.
